Biannual reviews will provide opportunities for reflection and evaluation. The coach and a committee representative will analyse performance in the key coaching areas using a 10 point scale.
Positive feedback on areas of coaching strengths should be provided. Areas identified as needing improvement can be supported with a development program.
The process is easy to undertake and not time consuming. It creates data that can be used to stimulate discussion and formulate plans to improve coaching skills and methods. A series of educational videos is available to help coaches improve in each area of the review.
