Training Curriculum

The training curriculum is an integrated training program designed to assist all club coaches create the right environment for players to improve their understanding of the game and football skills.

  • The training curriculum includes 40 training sessions for each age group (from U8 to U17).
  • Every session is designed to be progressive, motivating and specific to the age group.
  • The integrated training curriculum provides sequential progression as your players move through each age group.

The aim of the Advanced Coach Mentoring training curriculum from under 8 to top age is for each player to:

  • Understand your club's style of play.
  • Understand player responsibilities in the style of play.
  • Understand match day strategies.
  • Maximise training time to improve individual skills.
  • Improve player body positioning, kicking, decision making and ball skills.
  • Enjoy every training session.
